Membership

  • There is a minimum 3-month commitment upon sign-up.

  • For Individual Fitness, sessions are either full (about 1 hour) or half (30 minutes.

    Group Training meets 6 days a week for variable times.

  • 1 month advance notice is required before terminating your Membership.
